§ 30-153. Advertising sale of ice milk.

  • Ice milk shall not be sold, advertised or represented to be ice cream, and in all places where ice milk is sold there shall be displayed conspicuously a sign stating which products or items contain ice milk and giving the minimum butterfat content of the product. This information shall be stated in letters not less than three inches in height.
