§ 30-146. Permit conditions.

The permit described in sections 30-143 to 30-145 does not replace licenses required under general license ordinances. Permits shall not be transferable and shall be renewed the first of each calendar year, and will not be valid for any location other than the address appearing on the permit. A permit may be suspended by a health officer or revoked after an opportunity for a hearing by a health officer upon the violation of any of the terms of this article.
