No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale any meat, poultry, fish, butter, vegetable,
fruit, bread, cake, pastry, condiment or other food or drink of any kind which is
adulterated; nor shall any person hold or keep such articles of food or drink in any
place in which food or drink is prepared, handled or sold.
