§ 30-2. Sale of impure or unwholesome food or drink.

No person shall sell, offer or expose for sale any meat, poultry, fish, butter, vegetable, fruit, bread, cake, pastry, condiment or other food or drink of any kind which is decayed, diseased, tainted, impure, unwholesome or otherwise dangerous to health; nor shall any person hold or keep such articles of food or drink in any place in which food or drink is prepared, handled or sold.
