§ 2-2032. Reporting.

(a)

Quarterly reporting. Any official or employee and any official or employee upon behalf of any immediate family member receiving a gift as defined in this article shall report such gift within 15 days of the end of the quarter in which the gift was accepted on forms as provided by the city clerk to the city clerk according to the following schedule.

1 January, February, March	April 15
2 April, May, June	July 15
3 July, August, September	October 15
4 October, November, December	January 15

 

For purposes of this quarterly reporting requirement, members of boards and commissions required by section 2-2024 to file an annual report shall not be required to file a quarterly report.

(b)

Public records. All such reports shall be considered public records.

(c)

Other reporting requirements. This reporting requirement shall be in addition to any other gift reporting requirements imposed by other ordinances or by state or federal law.
