§ 2-1935. East trafficway district.

The east trafficway district shall include all of that part of the city lying south of the centerline of the main channel of the Missouri River and east and north of a line described as follows: beginning at the intersection of the centerline of the main channel of the Missouri River with the northerly prolongation of the east line of Delaware Street; thence in a southerly direction along the northerly prolongation of the east line of Delaware Street and along the east line and prolongation of such line of Delaware Street to the north line of Ninth Street; thence east along the north line of Ninth Street to the east line of Main Street; thence in a southerly direction along the east line of Main Street to the south line of Truman Road; thence east along the south line of Truman Road to the west line of Troost Avenue; thence south along the west line of Troost Avenue to the north line of 31st Street; thence east along the north line of 31st Street to the west line of Prospect Avenue; thence south along the west line of Prospect Avenue to the south line of 85th Street; thence east along the south line of 85th Street to a point of intersection with the line dividing Sections 21 and 22 in Township 48 North, Range 33 West; thence in a southerly direction along the line dividing Sections 21 and 22 and dividing Sections 27 and 28, in Township 48 North, Range 33 West, and along the southerly prolongation of such line dividing Sections 27 and 28; and all of the lands lying east of a line dividing Sections 33 and 34 in Township 48 North, Range 33 West, and dividing Sections 3, 4, 9 and 10, 15 and 16, 21 and 22, 27 and 28, 33 and 34, in Township 47 North, Range 33 West, to the south city limits.
