§ 2-1674. Authority to prescribe administrative rules.

The director of finance, with the approval of the city manager, shall prescribe rules and regulations governing the forms to be used and the methods of procedure necessary to maintain the city accounts in conformity with the requirements of this division, as provided by article IV, section 78, of the Charter.
