to bids for doing public work, and derived from the Administrative Code of 1967, §

1971; Ord. No. 55008, adopted April 22, 1983; and Ord. No. 991087, adopted September
2, 1999. Former § 2-1643 pertained to certificate that contractor for public work
is not in default, and derived from the Administrative Code of 1967, § A11.19. Ord.
No. 981346, § A, adopted November 30, 1998, amended the Code by repealing former §
2-1644 in its entirety. Former § 2-1644 pertained to contracts to provide for eight-hour
day, and derived from the Administrative Code of 1967, § A11.25; Ord. No. 64722, adopted
October 26, 1989; Ord. No. 900848, adopted January 10, 1991; and Ord. No. 941327,
adopted October 20, 1994. Ord. No. 130041, § 2, adopted March 21, 2013, amended the
Code by repealing former § 2-1645 in its entirety. Former § 2-1645 pertained to execution
and filing of contracts and leases, and derived from the Administrative Code of 1967,
§ A11.21.
