§ 2-1444. Issuance and service of warrants.

Upon information by the city counselor or one of his assistants that a violation of any ordinance or other regulation of the city has been committed, the clerk of the municipal court shall at once issue a warrant for the arrest of the person complained against, which shall be served in the manner prescribed by law.
