§ 2-1409. Rule-making power of court en banc.

  • In addition to the ordinary power of making rules conferred by the state supreme court rules, the judges of the municipal court en banc, or a majority of them, may in like manner make, from time to time, such other rules for the court as may be agreeable to the usages and principles of law not inconsistent with the rules of procedure of the supreme court of the state, the rules of procedure in the constitution and laws of this state or the Charter and ordinances of this city. The court en banc shall have no power to review any judgment of a judge in division.
