§ 2-1405. General sessions as court en banc; presiding judge.

  • The municipal court shall hold general sessions as the business of the court may require. A general session is when the court sits as court en banc. At such general sessions, the judge so designated shall act as presiding judge. Such judge shall preside from the commencement of one session to that of another, but the court en banc may at any time change the rule or order of presiding as its convenience may require.
