§ 2-915. Quorum; officers; meetings.
(a)
Five members of the historic preservation commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of its business.
(b)
The mayor shall designate one member of the commission to serve as its chairperson, and the commission shall create and fill by election any other offices it may deem necessary for effective functioning.
(c)
The historic preservation commission shall meet regularly once a month and may hold any other special meetings as called by the chairperson or a majority of its members.
(d)
Unless otherwise restricted by the rules and regulations of the commission, the commission, or any committee designated by the commission, may participate in a meeting of the commission or committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear one another, and participation in a meeting in such manner shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
