§ 2-361. Human resources department a single division; human resources board.

The human resources department shall consist of a single division which shall be under the management and control of the director of human resources. Any references in the city Charter, this chapter, or any city ordinance to the director of personnel or the department of personnel shall be construed to refer to and mean the director of human resources or the department of human resources respectfully. Any references in the city Charter, this chapter, or any city ordinance to the personnel board shall be construed to refer to and mean the human resources board. All duties and powers set forth in the Charter for the personnel board shall accrue to the human resources board.
