§ 2-195. Duties of director regarding sale of city property and collection of moneys due city.

The director of finance shall attend to the sale of real estate owned by the city and to the sale or other disposition of personal property belonging to the city, and to the collection of all accounts, rents and other moneys due the city except where otherwise provided by law or ordinance.
