§ 2-193. Duty of director when city officer becomes defaulter.

  • When any officer of the city shall become a defaulter, it shall be the duty of the director of finance to report such default to the city manager, who shall direct the city counselor to take immediate legal measures for the recovery of the amount for which such officer may be in default.
