§ 2-1275. Liability for payment of benefits and expenses.

Latest version.

The payment of all benefits provided by this division in excess of the amount of the members' contributions, and the payment of all expenses necessary for the administration and operation of the pension system, shall be and are hereby made obligations of the pension fund created under this division and are not and shall not be obligations of the city.
