§ 2-1. Title of chapter; chapter designated as administrative code.

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the Administrative Code of the City of Kansas City, Missouri, and is hereby designated as the administrative code required by section 458 of the city Charter, and shall be treated and considered as a new and original comprehensive ordinance which shall supersede the Administrative Code of Kansas City, Missouri, 1967, as amended.
