§ 27-2. Purpose and scope of chapter.

(a)

The purpose of this chapter is to provide minimum standards to safeguard life, health, property and public welfare by regulating and controlling the construction of fences and walls within the city.

(b)

The regulations of this chapter are not intended to permit any violations of the zoning ordinance, property maintenance code or any other applicable ordinances.
