§ 24-2. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Driver training school means the occupation of operating and maintaining for profit any enterprise for the education, training or instruction of persons in the driving or operation of motor vehicles.

Instructor means any person who, for compensation, trains, teaches, conducts classes of, gives demonstrations to, or supervises practice of persons learning to operate or drive motor vehicles.

Motor vehicle means any self-propelled vehicle.
