Chapter 22. CONDEMNATION OF PROPERTY

§ 22-5. Fees of jurors in condemnation and grading cases.

Latest version.

Each juror in condemnation and grading cases pending before the municipal court of the city shall receive such reasonable sum as the court shall establish for discharging the duties imposed upon him by law. Such fees shall be assessed for payment as court costs.
