§ 1-3. Amendments to Code.

Latest version.

Any addition or amendment to this Code, when passed in such form as to indicate the intention of the council to make the addition or amendment a part of this Code, shall be deemed to be incorporated in this codification so that reference to the Code of Ordinances, City of Kansas City, Missouri, shall be understood as including them. All ordinances hereafter passed shall have a title indicating the nature and object thereof.
