§ 1-12. Use of Code as evidence.

Any printed copy of the Code of Ordinances, City of Kansas City, Missouri, containing a printed certificate of the mayor and the director of records as to the correctness of such codification shall be received in evidence in any court for the purpose of proving the Charter and ordinances therein contained, the same and for the same purpose as the original ordinances, minutes or journals would be received.
