§ 19-85. Liquidated damages.

Liquidated damages for nonperformance during the construction of a system, or the upgrade of a system, shall be chargeable as follows:
(1)

For failure to submit required plans regarding the construction of a system or the upgrade, per day ..... $ 100.00

(2)

For failure to commence the construction of a system or the upgrade of a system in accordance with the requirements of this chapter or a separate franchise agreement, per day ..... 100.00

(3)

For failure to complete the construction of a system or the upgrade of a system in accordance with the requirements of this chapter or a separate franchise agreement, per day ..... 1,000.00
