If any subscriber terminates, for any reason, any monthly service prior to the end
of a prepaid period, a prorated portion of any prepaid subscriber service fee, using
the number of days within the billing period as a basis, shall be credited to the
subscriber's account by the operator, and refunded to the subscriber upon settlement
of all outstanding obligations.
