§ 19-58. Reports.

An operator shall furnish to the city quarterly progress reports indicating in detail any area of construction of its system. This report shall indicate whether the operator is meeting its interim goals for construction as required by its franchise agreement. An operator shall file with the director of public works true and accurate maps or plats of all existing and proposed installations upon the streets. These maps and plats shall conform to the requirements of the director of public works and shall be kept continuously current.
