§ 19-56. Low density service.

For the purpose of providing cable service to residents on an accelerated basis, the city, through its franchise administrator, and an operator may mutually agree to any other alternative methods of extending cable service into areas of the city where the minimum occupied density is less than the requirements of this chapter.
