§ 19-51. Equipment for hearing impaired persons.

Upon request, an operator shall inform subscribers where they may obtain equipment which facilitates the reception of cable service by hearing impaired individuals, where such properly encoded programming exists. If such equipment is not available from other sources, an operator shall make such equipment available for subscribers for reasonable installation and rental charges.
