§ 19-44. Rf leakage.

An operator shall perform Rf leakage monitoring and testing in accordance with Federal Communications Commission rules and regulations. An operator shall have the right to discontinue its service to any subscriber's premises where uncontrollable Rf radiation is originating from inside the premises.
