§ 19-40. General construction practices.

Latest version.

All construction practices shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules or regulations. All installation of electronic equipment shall be of a permanent nature and durable. All electronic equipment installed after the date hereof shall be installed in accordance with the provisions of the Kansas City Building Code, which includes incorporation of the National Electrical Code.
