§ 19-31. Compliance with zoning and construction codes.

An operator shall comply with the terms of the zoning ordinance, building code, and all other regulations controlling the location or construction of such towers, poles, cables, amplifiers, conduits and other facilities owned, leased and otherwise used by the operator for a cable communications system. This includes requirements to obtain applicable permits and to pay applicable plan review, permit or inspection fees.
