§ 18-400. Preemption.

The provisions of this article have been preempted by the Missouri Blasting Safety Act, codified in RSMo §§ 319.300—319.345, and are therefore deleted from this chapter.

Ord. No. 180591 , § 1, adopted August 23, 2018, amended the Code by repealing former § 18-400, and adding a new § 18-400. Former § 18-400 pertained to notice for blasting, and derived from Ord.
