§ 16-64. Issuance; term.

Latest version.

Upon filing of an application for a license required by this division, the commissioner of revenue, after investigation thereof, may issue such license for a period not exceeding 60 days. The applicant must give satisfactory evidence of having fulfilled any and all requirements of RSMo 407.800, if applicable.
