§ 16-61. Required.

Latest version.

No person shall engage in, carry on, conduct, maintain or publish a special sale, as defined in section 16-31, without first having obtained a license to do so in accordance with the provisions of this division. Such license shall be in addition to all licenses required or which may be required by chapter 40.
