§ 16-32. Examination of merchandise, books and records.

The commissioner of revenue, or any deputy or agent thereof, shall have the right at all times to examine all merchandise on the premises covered by a license issued under division 2 of this article for comparison with the inventory list contained in the application for the license, with the further right to examine the applicant's or licensee's books and records to verify stock lists submitted with the application.
