§ 14-50. Giving false or misleading information.

(a)

Giving false or misleading information with respect to information required by any section of this chapter is a violation of the chapter and punishable by a fine of $100.00.

(b)

No person shall deny, prevent, obstruct or attempt to deny, prevent or obstruct an animal health and public safety officer or official in the performance of his or her duties under this chapter. Violation of this subsection is punishable by a fine of not less than $100.00.
