§ 12-259. Authority to prescribe additional regulations.

It shall be the duty of the director of neighborhoods and housing services or designee to make and adopt uniform rules and regulations with reference to the place at which races regulated under this article are conducted, for the safety, health and welfare of persons that are present or participating in such races upon such premises, and of the general public.
