§ 12-214. Compliance with zoning regulations.

The director of neighborhoods and housing services or designee shall not issue a permit for carrying on or operating a carnival, street fair or rodeo until he shall have first ascertained from the board of zoning adjustment of the city that the particular proposed location does not conflict with the zoning ordinances of the city.
