§ 12-142. General provisions.

(a)

Authority to prescribe additional regulations. The director shall have the power to promulgate regulations as may be necessary and feasible for the carrying out of the duties of his office and which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this article.

(b)

Applicability. This article shall not apply to a dance conducted at and sponsored by a public or private elementary school, secondary school, college or university.
