§ 12-103. Display of license; distributor's name to be displayed on machines.

  • (a)

    Every exhibitor shall publicly display his exhibitor's license in his place of business at all times, which shall state the number of machines of various types which he is licensed to operate. It shall be unlawful for any exhibitor to exhibit in any place, and for the exhibitor to allow to be exhibited at any place, a greater number of coin-operated amusement devices than are authorized by the publicly displayed license of such exhibitor.

    (b)

    Every coin-operated amusement device shall have firmly affixed upon the front thereof, in plain view, a statement of the name and address of the distributor of the machine; provided that machines operated by remote control may have such statement attached to one of the operator outlets which is in plain view.
