§ 10-338. Prohibited acts by customers or other persons upon the licensed premises.

  • (a)

    No customer or other person shall bring any alcoholic beverage upon the licensed premises of any sales-by-package licensee, except as otherwise authorized by this chapter.

    (b)

    No customer or other person shall perform a dance of any kind upon the bar, tables or any other place used for serving food or beverages.

    (c)

    No customer or other person shall remove from the licensed premises of a sales-by-drink licensee any alcoholic beverage provided for consumption on the premises except as otherwise authorized by this chapter.

    (d)

    No customer or other person shall consume any alcoholic beverage upon the premises licensed for package sales except as otherwise authorized by this chapter.
