§ 10-189. Issuance to businesses in areas annexed by city.

Any person doing business outside the city limits in an area which is annexed by the city shall be eligible to apply, regardless of the limitations in section 10-211, within 15 days after annexation, for a city license within the classification to which he is entitled at the time of annexation.
