§ 10-184. Limited liability companies.
No license provided for in this chapter shall be issued to any limited liability company except in conformity with the following;
(1)
That all the members of the company are persons of good moral character. When an individual is found to be unqualified because of lack of good moral character, the director must furnish such individual with a statement explaining why the individual was not found to be a person of good moral character and a notice of the rights of the individual to a hearing as further outlined in section 10-62 of this chapter.
(2)
That the managing officer of the company is a person who is eligible for a license as an individual under the provisions of this chapter.
(3)
That the company has not been the holder of a license or permit which has been revoked by the city or the state, except as stated in subsection 10-36(b).
