§ 10-182. Partnerships.

No license provided for in this chapter shall be issued to any partnership unless all members of the partnership are persons who would be eligible for licenses as individuals under the provisions of this chapter, and no license shall be issued to any partnership, any partner of which, has been the holder of a license or permit which has been revoked by the city or the state, except as stated in subsection 10-36(b).
