§ 10-109. Unlawful for licensed retailer to purchase from other than licensed wholesaler.

No retail liquor license holder under this chapter, or employee of the retail liquor license holder, shall purchase any intoxicating liquor except from, by or through a duly licensed wholesale liquor dealer in this city. It shall be unlawful for such retail liquor license holder to sell or offer for sale any intoxicating liquor purchased in violation of any city ordinance or local, state or federal law.
